Man found dead at Canvey guest house
A MAN was found dead at a Canvey guest house yesterday afternoon.
Residents reported seeing armed police in Craven Road following reports of the death of a man at Pandora's Box Guest House in Long Road.
A spokeswoman for Essex Police said: "Police attended a room at a guest house in Long Road on Canvey at about 4.30pm on Tuesday following reports of a death of a man in his fifties.
"Officers attended and made enquiries.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious.
"A file will be prepared for the coroner."
