A LORRY driver from Rayleigh has been charged with causing the death of a cyclist due to careless driving.
Alan Warwick, 61, has been summoned to appear at court later this month.
The cyclist, Claire Hitier Abadie, 36, died at the scene following the collision in Bressenden Place, central London, on February 19.
Warwick was charged with causing death by careless driving after a Met Police investigation.
He has been summoned to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on October 21.
