Traffic is building across the A127 this morning - with drivers facing delays of 18 minutes Southend-bound.
Reports taken from the AA show traffic building at the Fairglen Interchange on the A127, with 18 minute delays Southend-bound and five minute delays eastbound.
Traffic is currently building to Eastwood, with nine minute delays for those joining the eastbound A127.
AA traffic news reports: "Severe delays of 18 minutes and delays increasing on A127 Southend Arterial Road Westbound between A127 and Coniston Road.
"Average speed ten mph."
