THE PREVIEW: Concord Rangers are in the middle of their best run under manager Adam Flanagan, with their win against Maidenhead United on Tuesday their fourth victory in succession.

They turn their attentions to the FA Trophy tomorrow, and welcome fellow National League South side Sutton United to the Aspect Arena.

Sutton are sixth in the standings, but victories against fellow play-off chasers in the past week mean the Beach Boys head into the match full of confidence and confident of sealing their passage into the first round proper.

There has been nothing between the sides on the two previous meetings in Essex. In fact, there hasn’t even been a goal, so who will come out on top in this one?

WHAT HE SAYS: Concord manager Adam Flanagan said: “Every team wants to do well in the cup competitions so Saturday’s game is important.

“We have got a better draw but it could have been worse. Sutton are in our league and are doing well but it is very much a winnable game and the margins will be small on the day between who wins and loses.
