SOUTHEND United manager Phil Brown has made four changes to his starting line-up for this afternoon’s clash with Bradford City at Roots Hall.
Piotr Malarczyk has been handed his debut at the heart of the back four in place Adam Thompson while Glen Kamara has returned in the centre of the park in place of Gary Deegan who drops down on to the bench.
Elsewhere in midfield, Stephen McLaughlin has been preferred to David Worrall who drops out of the squad while David Mooney has been selected in attack in place of Sam McQueen.
Goalkeeper Ted Smith has again been selected between the sticks but there is no place in the squad for Jack Payne who has yet to agree a new contract.
Southend United: T Smith, White, Malarczyk, Barrett, Coker, Leonard Atkinson, Kamara, McLaughlin, Mooney, Barnett.
Substitutes: Bentley, Thompson, Deegan, Hurst, Hunt, Loza & Bridge.
