CANVEY Island came from three goals down to beat Bowers & Pitsea 5-3 in an eight-goal thriller at the Frost Financial Stadium.

Lewis Manor, Tom Hine and Brad Warner had put the Ryman North team in total charge but the Gulls roared back into contention.
